Dan also hosts a live trading room Monday - Thursday nights at 11:45 PM PST, which coincides with the London market open. The London Market open is the most actively traded hours of the Forex followed by the New York market open. These are considered the best times to trade. However, you can trade at whatever hours work best for your schedule.
